Knitting Projects for May: What’s Your Favorite?

Favorite knitting projects for May

May is approaching and besides being busy with teaching my new physics class once a week, I’m finalizing my list of knitting related projects for May. As there’s a lot going on in my life as always – yes, I tend to overdo everything – I will have to set priorities and postpone some of the projects to June.

The question is: What’s the most important and interesting for YOU?

So let’s look at the list and decide together!

Knitting Projects For May

As a brief overview, the following topics are on the radar:

  • Lace Knitting 101
  • 30 Days to Better Knitting
  • The Complete Guide to Crescent Shawls
  • The Professional Knitting Podcast

Lace Knitting 101

Lace Knitting 101 is planned as a detailed, multi-part introduction to lace knitting covering lace stitches, charting, reading your knitting, lace shawl design and a history of lace knitting.

30 Days to Better Knitting

Started in November, this series is still not completed and needs updating and new parts to be added.

The Complete Guide to Crescent Shawls

If you ever wanted to know how to knit and design crescent shawls, this series is going to be yours: all about knitting crescent shawls readily available!

The Professional Knitting Podcast

Yes, you heard right – I’m starting a podcast! Not another knitting podcast but the business side of it: I’m going to share how I make a living from knitting and the sister arts, sharing my experience and the experience of others who are doing similar things.

What’s Your Favorite?

So now I’m asking you: what’s your favorite? What do you want to see here on jriede.com in May? I’m looking forward to your opinion!

All of the choices sound good ~ I’ll go with crescent shawls, but I love lace! I know, a lace crescent shawl :-)
